With the special sailboats for disabled everybody can sail!

It is possible to control the boat either with hands or with legs.

We sail in Prague or in the Czech Sailing Centre Nechranice.

Who can sail?
Youths, adulst, beginner or advanced sailors! For comfort sailing we recommend to be at least 150cm high.
When and where??
The sailing sessions are split into spring and autumn part. From April till June, resp. from September till October. The trainings are organized either in Prague or in CSCN.
How does it work?
There are four parts of each sailing session - briefing, sailing, feedback on water, debriefing. During ca 1.5hour sailing on water we try various excercises depending on skills and experiences of each participant and weather conditions.

Any special equipment needed?
YC CERE provides the sailboat, buoancy aid, coach and the coachboat. The only thing you need is a simple sailing clothes to the beginning. After you become more and more skilled, we recommend to purchase special sailing clothes to feel more comfortable and safe. To get in and out of the boat there is and assistance of the coach and shore assistants.
Can I try it first?
Yes, we are happy to welcome you and show you the charm of sailing. With no need to pay. After you try your first training you can choose whether to continue or not.
